Our Boiler were not heating up enough a few weeks ago and we couldn't figure out why! The warmer days were OK but then the colder days we froze. Called around and got quotes. We felt the transparency of phoenix in how they charge was very comforting. Booked the appointment. They came right on time and called ahead to check what the issue really was so as to be prepared. Gary did an amazing job explaining all the various parts of the combi boiler. Lots of education so that we understand the reason for the repair. There was a part needing to be replaced in the boiler. Gave us an accurate quote before anything else. Proceeded to repair and everything was done in about an hour. Made sure he tested everything before closing up. Great job all around. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The installers were very good at what they did. we have been using Our new Panasonic multi zone air conditioner/ heat pump for past 2 mounts and they are working great, overall Everything was very cleanly installed and the space was very tidy when they were done. Definitely recommend this Phoenix for the expert installation and the quality of there Panasonic Ductless systems.

Glorai took my urgent call and was very friendly and easy to communicate information to. I was able to share error code on my boiler and this was all recorded on my service request. I was promised a technician in morning/early afternoon. My technician gary arrived in the promised window and immediately went to work. He was prepared for my service request by picking up parts on way for error code. He had heat back up and running within minutes. Excellent service, will use again!
